Our small but quickly expanding housekeeping business is looking to add a new member to our staff! The ideal candidate would be trustworthy, reliable, and welcoming to our clients. Background experience in residential or commercial cleaning, nannying, kitchen or customer service is definitely a plus, but we do offer training for those who wish to apply without experience!
Your primary duties will include:
-Cleaning (all parts of a home or business)
-Tidying / organizing clutter
-Changing sheets / folding laundry
-Handle reasonable feedback/requests with professionalism and patience
We're very much a "one-all" service for our clients, and each one is bit different. Days are often routine, but no two clients need the same things! You'll work alone mostly or in pairs, and will be responsible for getting through your day in a timely manner. Our clients are located all across the city, so having reliable transportation is crucial!
Typically we operate between 9a - 5p. Residential services are Monday thru Friday, and our Commercial services are available 7 days a week. This position will require one to be available for 2 weekends per month.
Employees must:
-Have reliable transportation (Car, SUV, etc.)
-Pass a background check
-Be willing to wear a mask (upon request)
-Be okay around pets & kids
-Prioritize tasks & have an attention to detail
-Have strong problem-solving skills
-Work quickly without compromising quality
Currently, one can expect between 20-30 hrs per week. There may be a probationary training period ($15/hr) that typically lasts between 2-4 weeks (dependent on experience). Supplies, equipment, and mileage are all covered (or reimbursed in some instances). Starting pay after training is $20/hr + tips typically for Residential staff, and flat rate for our Commercial services (equally $20-25/hr on average). A performance-based raise is provided after 6 months of employment.
We're looking for long-term hires only! Our business runs on personal touches, and that's only possible if we keep clients paired with the same staff routinely.
